Annexin V/PI法是目前較為流行的檢測(cè)細(xì)胞凋亡的方法。AnnexinV是一種鈣依賴(lài)性的磷脂結(jié)合蛋白，對(duì)磷脂酰絲氨酸（phosphatidyl-serine,PS）具有較高的親和性，它可以較為敏感的檢測(cè)細(xì)胞膜表面的翻轉(zhuǎn)的PS。將Annexin-V進(jìn)行熒光素（FITC、PE）標(biāo)記，以標(biāo)記的Annexin-V作為熒光探針，利用流式細(xì)胞或熒光顯微鏡可檢測(cè)細(xì)胞凋亡的發(fā)生。該方法快速可靠，不需要固定細(xì)胞，從而避免了Tunel法因固定而出現(xiàn)的DNA 段丟失，該方法廣泛用于細(xì)胞的早期凋亡檢測(cè)。
